If you want to make transparent navigation bar then here, I will tell you two types of transparency level. First one is setting navigation Bar Metrics and second one by setting navigation bar property translucent to YES.

// Bar metrics example:
[self.navigationController.navigationBar setBackgroundImage:[UIImage new] forBarMetricsDefault];
// Translucent example:
self.navigationController.navigationBar.translucent = YES;
